I do wish whoever graded it had used it's correctly in the comments, but by the end of the paper, she had probably gouged her eyes out with toothpick and gnawed her leg off to escape.
I picked up that "its/it's" problem too, and rued it; however, I agree that the grader had probably gouged out soemthing: probably significant portions of her brain, on which the horror /the horror must've seemed indelibly imprinted.

As if the horrible writing isn't enough, there is at least one factual error: The only tigers that live in the Caribbean are in zoos!
Surely CAAS 414 isn't a 400-level English or writing class?!
